• Orders placed before 4:00 PM PST begin processing the same day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days depending on location and product availability.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like carrier delays or supplier processing times.

Damaged Packages:
• Report damage within 7 days of delivery
• Send photos of the damaged item and packaging to support@backyardpatioverse.com
• We will arrange a replacement or refund

10. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible products.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 14 business days after we receive your return.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

12. Freight Shipping & Curbside Delivery
Many items ship via freight due to size/weight.
• Standard freight includes curbside delivery (not inside the home)
• White Glove Delivery is available on select items during checkout
– White Glove does not include wiring or electrical setup
– Ensure accessible delivery paths for larger items
